Learn the power of breath inhaling and exhaling, flowing through a series of poses. A great class for beginners and experienced yogis. * In case of rain, classes will be be held at the YMCA (FREE).

Restaurants compete to prepare the best seafood chowder! Chowder sold to the public for $3.00 per bowl in Rudder's Tent. While quantities last!!!

(This is a walking event so please wear comfortable footwear.)
Join David Sollows in front of the old Yarmouth Jail next to the Firefighter's Museum for an opportunity to get to know some of the spirits of long past that may still lurk among our historic buildings and graveyards. Perhaps you will be able to see some glimpses of what used to be in the places we explore together.

From beginner to advanced, cycle fit allows exercisers to cycle together, while choosing their own resistance. 
*In case of rain, classes will be be held at the YMCA (FREE).

2:00 pm Sails, Saltwater & Stories of the Sea
Waterfront Walk - Wear comfortable footwear! Join David Sollows at the Gazebo in Frost Park to start this interesting tour that will focus on our seafaring past. How did Yarmouth become such a wealthy town in the mid 1800s? Where did that wealth go? This walk will include stories of some of our heroes and heartaches.
